The new 54b/g FON Wireless Access Point FON_HCORN1 is now operational in central Headcorn providing Wifi access for visitors to the village. Managed through FON who are now the largest WiFi community provider in the world, coverage extends from the southern end of Forge Lane, Headcorn into the High Street. Free google searches are permitted (but not the links from those searches). In addition free access to this weather site is permitted. All other access can be purchased securely online via credit card through FON for a very reasonable 3 Euros or 3 US$ per day! |
